What is Future Benchmarking and why is it important for organizations for product and service development? Imagine your competitor introduced a new product or service and you are trying to catch up. You take the your competitor’s product, analyze it, and try to make your own specs and schedule a timeline. But if you don’t take into account that until you launch your own product your competitor has done improvements on their own product or service, your own offering will lag behind.
